The bright and bold dragon traces its way up the arm that he braces his weight into, right at Leo's hip as he leans over him. It's easy to keep his balance there, comfortable and known as it is.
Sure, they'll kiss. But Kuro isn't against holding things above Leo's head every now and then - in this case, literally, as he holds himself above him. ]

[at least he'll be busting him out. it's that dependability that leo always feels so safe with, hands moving through kuro's hair once they're settled and he can cast a feline smile down on the other.]
Mmhmm~. I really did want a go at it, you know? It was fun watching you, but I ended up really disappointed that me and the big guy didn't go toe to toe after all.

[ His eyes flutter close when he feels those deft fingers going through his hair, a soothing and familiar gesture no matter the position or situation. Leo is rarely someone that people would call soothing, but not everybody gets to know him the way that Kuro does. ]

[ Slowly, he looks at him again, chin tilted up towards him. ]

[ No. That's the only answer Kuro can come up with. He's seen Leo beat up enough to know that he won't stay down, so, frankly, the fact that he thinks he could've taken a bull...
At least he's easy enough to distract. A laugh rumbles out of him, deep from his chest, and he sits up more so that there's scant space between that rakish grin and the slow smirk pulling at the corners of his mouth. Like he's following the tug on his hair. ]
Were you gonna try'n ride that bull, huh? Might've made me jealous.
[the grin turns more pleased, combing through kuro's hair and petting the back of his neck, pressing their foreheads together.]
Would've made your blood boil, huh? Mm, I wanted to get right on top of him and make a show outta it, but I bet you can give me a better ride, can't ya.

[ The contact is welcome, familiar, and Kuro's eyes flutter closed for a brief moment. He can feel where Leo's nose could bump into his, another familiar point of contact. They're not Something, but they've always been something, and they always will be.
So he opens his eyes again, refocusing in that close space. ]
Knowin' you, you'd have put on one hell of a show. Could still do one, if you ask me, but maybe I'd make you work for it. [ His hands skirt from his sides to his waist, to his hips, down to the backs of his thighs. ]
[speaking of familiar contact, the touch traveling down to his thighs definitely count as a kind, shuddering out a laugh and tilting his head to kiss kuro a little, shifting forward more into it.]
I'm a hard worker when I wanna be. ♪ You might ba~rely be smarter than that bovine, but you're pretty high on your horse to be thinkin' you could give me a challenge I can't top.
[not quite literally, when it comes to this, but still. his hands move deftly from kuro's head to his pecs and abs, exploring with small hands and slight fingers the creases and lines he knows so well as he leans against him, pushing his thighs back against kuro's hands with a sigh.]
[ There isn't even an ounce of protest, when Leo takes a dig at his intelligence, because you know what. True and fair. Kuro doesn't find himself to be the brightest around, but he sure can put up a fight the same way that he knows Leo always can. He's always, always up for a challenge.
The feeling of his small, but certainly deft, hands is something he would know even blindfolded. Those are the hands that designed his tattoo, inked it out so that a permanent part of Leo would always be with him. And it's a reminder of everything they've done together, too. Not just when they've fallen into bed or found themselves back-to-back, but the day to day they had. ]
Then let's see what you can do, huh? Just 'cause I'm your only audience doesn't mean you get to slack, either, so don't even try. [ As if he would. Kuro squeezes his big hands against his thighs, fingers dipping to the insides of them easily as he tips up to kiss him again. ]
